Food Truck Perks is a service of Clio Assistant LLC.
The service
Food Truck Perks runs giveaways for local food trucks and sends text messages about them, from Food Truck Perks, to people who sign up. These terms apply to you when you enter a giveaway or receive our messages.
Who runs the giveaway
Each giveaway is sponsored and run by the individual food truck named on its entry page. That truck provides the prize, bears its cost, and is responsible for awarding it. Food Truck Perks runs the entry page and the drawing and sends the winner notifications, as the administrator named in the official rules, and is not the sponsor of any giveaway.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older and a legal resident of the United States to enter. Additional eligibility conditions, the prize, the entry period, how winners are selected and notified, and what happens to an unclaimed prize are set out in the official rules shown on each giveaway's entry page. Those rules govern the giveaway if they conflict with anything here.
No purchase necessary
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. Every giveaway can be entered free of charge by the methods described on its entry page.
Text messages
Program: Food Truck Perks text alerts, recurring automated marketing messages about local food trucks and their giveaways. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.
What you'll get: giveaway results, where the trucks will be, and offers from the food trucks Food Truck Perks works with, sent to the number you entered. Messages are sent by an automated system. How often varies with the giveaways and trucks you've entered. Message and data rates may apply. To stop: reply STOP to any message and you'll get no more texts from Food Truck Perks, for any truck. Reply START to sign up again. For help, reply HELP, or use the contact details on this page. Signing up for texts is required to enter the giveaway, but no purchase is ever necessary to enter or win, and buying something will not improve your chances. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of buying anything. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Acceptable use
Enter using your own mobile number. Do not submit anyone else's number, enter by automated means, or attempt to interfere with the entry system. Entries that break these rules may be removed.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for entries that are not received because of network, device or carrier problems, or for messages a carrier fails to deliver. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you for anything relating to the service is limited to one hundred US dollars. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.
Names and content
Each food truck's name, logo and photos belong to that truck and are used with its permission. The rest of this website and its content belong to Clio Assistant LLC. You may use the site to enter giveaways and read about them, but not copy or reuse it for other purposes.
If you win
Winners are selected and notified as described in that giveaway's official rules. A prize is personal to you, cannot be transferred, and cannot be exchanged for cash except where the sponsor chooses to offer a substitute of equal or greater value. Any taxes on a prize are your responsibility. A prize may be forfeited if we cannot reach you using the number you gave us within the period stated in the official rules, which is another reason to make sure that number is correct.
Ending or changing the service
A food truck may stop using this service at any time, and we may suspend or discontinue it. If that happens, any giveaway already open is completed or cancelled according to its official rules, and you can still opt out of messages at any time by replying STOP.
General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the official rules of any giveaway you enter and our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us about the service.
Changes
We may update these terms, and will update the date at the top of this page when we do.
